We are open Tuesday through Friday from 8AM to 2PM, Saturday and Sunday from 8AM to 6PM. We are closed on Monday. These hours may be adjusted for special events or private parties.
Dig Depot is specifically designed for children aged 0-7 years. While older siblings may be permitted at management's discretion, our activities and environment are optimized for early childhood development and play.
While reservations are not required for open play, we highly recommend making one to guarantee your spot, especially during peak hours and weekends. You can easily make a reservation through our website or by contacting us directly.

All children who will be playing with sand are charged for admission. Two adults are included free of charge for admission. Additional adults may incur a $5 admission fee.
Absolutely! We not only allow but encourage adult participation in play activities. This supports child development through interactive play and helps create lasting family memories. Up to two adults per family are admitted free of charge.

Yes, for everyone's safety, all adults must sign waivers, and all children must have at least one adult sign on their behalf. These waivers are an important part of ensuring a safe play environment for everyone.
No, Dig Depot is not a daycare facility. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times during their visit.
We maintain a rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our play environment. This includes daily aeration of the sand, frequent sanitization, and regular sand replacement as needed. Our maintenance protocols exceed industry standards for cleanliness and safety.
For the health and safety of all our guests, we strictly prohibit entry to anyone exhibiting signs of illness. This policy is outlined in our waiver and is strictly enforced. If you or your child are feeling unwell, please reschedule your visit.
All toys and play equipment undergo regular cleaning and sanitization throughout the day. We maintain strict cleaning protocols and remove toys for deep cleaning on a rotating schedule to ensure a safe and hygienic play environment.

What to expect when you visit our facility
To maintain the cleanliness of our sand play areas, we require everyone to be barefoot in the play space. For those with sensitivity to bare feet, new socks are available for purchase on-site.
To maintain the safety and cleanliness of our play environment, we provide all necessary toys and equipment. Personal toys are not permitted in the play area.
While we are not licensed to serve hot food, we offer a selection of pre-packaged snacks and beverages for purchase. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages, but these must be consumed in designated areas outside the play space.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in the facility. Service animals may be permitted at management's discretion in accordance with ADA guidelines.

Yes! You may decorate using our approved painters tape to protect our surfaces, or let us handle the decorations.
Yes, all party guests (children and adults) must have signed waivers before participating in activities. We recommend sending our digital waiver link to guests before the party to streamline check-in.
While we understand that party attendance can be unpredictable, additional guests beyond your reserved count may incur extra fees. We do maintain a maximum capacity for safety reasons but will work with you to accommodate reasonable variations.

Yes, Open Play continues during birthday parties in designated areas. For exclusive use of the facility, please inquire about private party options during off-hours.
